Some excitement, mostly stress

The official countdown:

21 days until spring break
74 days until my classes will be over
96 days until I get married
98 days until I go to Hawaii

Somehow breaking the 100 day mark on the wedding freaks me out. In no way am I having cold feet about marrying Adam, that is probably the one thing that is keeping me sane. I suddenly realize how much stuff we need to do. Any decision we haven't yet made, we need to make now. Wedding planning has become the equivalent of a second job. All weekend long for the past 2 weekends we have been consumed with wedding errands. Some prosperous, others a complete waste of time as incompetent salespeople fuck up left and right. Case in point, attempting to buy a suit for Adam.

The place- Men's Warehouse at Southdale Mall
The time- Saturday morning, 2/16
Salesperson- Jerome

He tells Adam there are no suits in his size. Okay, we believe it. We pick out a nice suit we do like and he says he'll order it in so Adam can try it on. We also look at some tie options and I ask him to put (1) one ivory tie on hold that we will purchase with the suit. They call Adam to tell him the suit has come in. We return Sunday 2/24. The suit- too small. Pants don't fit, jacket too tight. The tailor is confused at the sizing as is the new salesperson. He's more helpful but sees annoyed that we are wasting his time. The suit we do want is still not in his size at this location so they need to get it shipped again. I look in the bag that contains the tie we do want. What do I find? (3) Three champagne ties. Huh. So NOT what we asked for. Thankfully they still had the one I did want. Thank you Men's Warehouse for being a complete waste of time and an extreme hassle and I'm going to have to go back AGAIN next week when the new suit comes in. Excellent.
