Stress. It's no lie, I'm stressed out. Stressed about school, wedding, getting everything done. Stressing about how being stressed is effecting my concentration at work and then stressing about work projects that are taking so much longer for me to complete because I'm stressed. It's 2008, I thought WebMD might have some good cures to tackle stress.
1. Kiss
2. Cuddle
3. Lash out less
4. Drink Tea
5. Stop being available 24/7
6. Re-evaluate what is important
Wow. Really, tea? I was thinking more along the lines of a stiff drink.
Thanks WebMD, you've really made a difference by turning some of my stress into annoyance.
