Dear Stand Mixer*:
I apologize for all negative comments I have made toward you in the past. I looked at you as the lazy bakers necessity. I mocked you for being an over priced gadget. I touted how amazing my electric hand mixer was and that I would never need a stand mixer. I was wrong, so very wrong.
Thank you for helping me make my first cake.
