Things I've tweeted about this week that I feel need further explanation...
Last Thursday I was going for a walk to Walgreen's. What I was wearing didn't have pockets, so I was looking around my house for my fanny pack to wear so I wouldn't have to drag my purse along with me. To my dismay, I have lost my fanny pack (or Adam secretly threw it away so I could no longer use it...). In my defense, I mostly use it for bike excursions and running/walking. It has made its way into a few costumes too... When I bought it, I bought it with one intention- to bike somewhere to run and bike back home. I needed someplace to store all my stuff, but also couldn't leave it on my bike, hello fanny pack. Last summer, I used it almost everyday when I was biking around all time. It was great, now its lost so I'll have to go get another one... Hello 1980.
I've been working on couple projects at work that involve me carrying notes around, my notebook, my pencil(s). It's getting a little difficult to juggle them all, so I'm pretty sure the best solution is a trapper keeper. That's my next mission, find a trapper keeper so I can look really cool at work.
Today I accessorized with red. I was making a "Heather's" joke (because the leader Heather always wore red), but no one I was talking to had actually seen the movie. It was so sad. It appears there is a gap in viewing for people under the age of 25. I've always been a wannabe 80's kid. I loved (and still do) 80's movies, but clearly if you were born mid-late 80's you just don't care.
