A relaxing state of mind.

For the first time in a great while, I'm feeling pretty calm and not really stressed out. Granted, it's only Monday, so this could all change mighty quickly. I'm actually trying to kill a couple minutes before I head out of work to bowling. Yes, bowling. There is an advertising bowling league that takes place on Mondays and since I got a bowling ball for Christmas (from my parents), I'm trying to get as much use out of it as possible, and I just like bowling (and its work paid for). I probably should be heading to the gym instead to kick up training for my 10 mile race in March- 7 weeks away. Unlike for my first 1/2 marathon, I was just interested in hitting my miles each week, now I want to actually "train". As in, have a goal for my workouts instead of just finish them. But alas, I'm going to go bowling where there is a lot of sitting, eating and drinking. At least my one arm gets a work out...

Hopefully I can make it to the gym in the morning so that I don't have to spend all of Tuesday feeling guilty about not going.

Apparently when I'm killing time, I don't have anything interesting to post, or perhaps my posts are never interesting... I'll contemplate that question another day.
