The man edged his way further thru the desert. His severe dehydration left him dazed and delusional. He was unsure if he’d been walking for days, weeks, or just a matter of hours when he came across a raccoon. The man was sure that it was a mirage, but interacted with the small creature anyway.
“Can you help me find water?” The man inquired to the raccoon. “I would give anything to feel water against my lips.”
“Anything?” repeated the raccoon.
“Anything,” the man assured.
Without a moments notice, the man had turned into a fountain, to forever feel the taste of water against his stone lips.
