Day 4: _ATIO FU_NITUR_

We looked at the patio furniture on the deck. It was weathered and beaten from another Minnesota winter of ice, sleet and snow. The wood faded several shades to a brownish-rust color, instead of the vibrant blood red it was just two years ago. The scratched and chipped glass covered table looked like it would shatter if the smallest amount of weight was applied. Summer always signifies the fresh growth that’s been stored away all winter. But, it also brings to light the things we’ve forgotten to take care of that look better covered under a mound of freshly fallen, untouched snow.

Maybe next year we’ll get new patio furniture.
